Peter has been with CRI since 1999. Hired as a Recruiter – he’s also worked as a Group Manager, Vice president, Managing Partner and was promoted to President in 2020.
A Native New Englander – Peter Holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with Honors from Trine University in Indiana. Peter has a passion for leading CRI by helping build and manage recruiting teams.
He places a premium on helping make CRI’s Clients stronger by understanding their people/culture/ and hiring needs.
Peter has lived in Acton, MA since 2005. He and his wife have 4 children.
Tyler was promoted to Vice-President in 2021, prior was a Senior Recruiter on our New York team and has been with Commonwealth Resources Inc. since September 2011.
With a Bachelor of Arts from Florida State University, Tyler’s responsibilities include managing clients and overseeing the Building Team in the NY/NJ/PA markets.
Aaron Green began his professional career in recruiting and founded Commonwealth Resources in 1992. Through investments of time and money, Green’s business endeavors expanded such that he is now an operator / investor and active board member of Commonwealth Resources, ProPivotal (formerly named Professional Staffing Group) as well as a number of staffing and staffing-adjacent businesses. In 2022, fourteen years after being a founder of PSG Global Solutions, Green, along with his partners sold PSG Global Solutions to Teleperformance. Additionally, Green was an investor and board member for ClearlyRated leading up to their private equity-led majority investment in 2023. Aaron was Chairman of the American Staffing Association board of directors and was a board member for 9 years. Aaron remains active with Commonwealth Resource’s commitment to stability with particular interest in client satisfaction through Recruiter growth and development.
Tom is a Managing Partner and has been with Commonwealth Resources Inc. since December 1996.
With a Bachelor of Science from the University of Scranton, Tom’s responsibilities include client service as well as training and managing recruiters in the New York group; focused on the NY/NJ/PA civil market.
Outside the office, you may find him on the links of the South Shore Country Club or riding his Road King Harley Davidson motorcycle.
Josh is a Group Manager and has been with Commonwealth Resources, Inc. Since 2016.
Josh’s responsibilities include recruiting, client management and managing a team of recruiters for our New York Civil Group which is focused on the NY/NJ/PA markets. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Clark University.
Outside of the office, Josh is an avid runner and game enthusiast, and lives in Pawtucket, RI with his wife and cats.
Rob is a Senior Recruiting Team Liaison who specializes in supporting each of CRI’s Divisions. Rob has been an integral team member since joining Commonwealth Resources, Inc. in May of 2017.
With A Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts, Rob’s responsibilities include both recruiting candidates and managing clients.
Outside of the office Rob is a proud father who enjoys spending time with his daughter and family. He is also a dedicated Boston sports fan and Boston sports memorabilia collector.
Chamila joined Commonwealth Resources in 2021. Her responsibilities include taking the lead on constructing and executing searches of all levels for CRI. Chamila is on the “front lines” of each of her assignments and has a growing list of professionals she has successfully helped guide through their search.
Chamila focuses in the NY/NJ and PA markets and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Management from Fisher College in Boston. Outside of the office, Chamila enjoys exercise, spending time with her 5 siblings/family and has a passion for helping her friends through her love and keen eye for Interior Design.
Jon is a Senior Vice President and has been with Commonwealth Resources Inc. since February 1998. With a Bachelor of Science from Bentley College, Jon is involved with the day-to-day recruiting and operations for our Boston group; focused on the New England market.
Outside of the office, Jon is the consummate New England sports fan who spends his weekends cheering on the Boston teams and enjoying time with family.
Ava joined Commonwealth Resources in 2022.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Florida State University and was raised in Saint Petersburg, FL. Ava is a Key Member of CRI’s Civil Construction Team where she works tirelessly to help Clients find and secure the industry’s top talent. In her free time, she enjoys watching movies, playing cards, and reading.
Kirill joined Commonwealth Resources Inc. in March 2023. He graduated from Kaluga State University in 2018 where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Business. Kirill is a valuable member of CRI’s Civil Construction Team. His current focus is recruiting top level talent and establishing relationships throughout the Civil Construction industry in both New York and New Jersey.
Outside of the office Kirill enjoys working on web design, 3D modeling and photography.
Evan is an experienced recruiter who is part of the Boston/New England Recruiting Team. With a background in political science and a collegiate football career, Evan brings a unique blend of discipline and strategic thinking to the team.
Outside of work, Evan enjoys golfing, spending time with friends, and is an avid Boston sports fan. His passion for building strong relationships and his dedication to excellence make him a valuable asset to both CRI and those he helps in the industry.
Lynnemarie is a dedicated Recruiter with a degree from UMass Dartmouth. She specializes in connecting talented candidates with long standing CRI clients in the construction industry. Her focus is helping professionals find their best fit, passionate about ensuring both stability and career growth. With a keen understanding of the market and a commitment to excellence, Lynnemarie strives to make impactful connections that benefit both candidates and employers.
Sam is a dedicated recruiter to our Boston/ New England team and has been with the company since August 2023. Originally from sunny South Florida, she is passionate about connecting top talent to meaningful work in the construction and real estate industry. With a bachelors degree from the University of North Florida, Sam specializes in matching skilled talent with exciting opportunities.
Outside of work, Sam enjoys exploring the outdoors, cooking new recipes, and watching movies!
